A daily Comcast Customer

After viewed and enjoyed this amazing human being video, I thought that I need to write something about it, something related with a previous job experience that no one told me and no one gave me an idea about how cool could be working in a call center.

It could be funny for you if you have worked in a customer service or if you have been working maybe in a retailer store, but for me it could be my first approach in this whole area and my first time talking in english with native speakears over the phone and some others from around the world. To be honest with the world, theres nothing better that explain to some one how a wifi system works but what happen if this unknown customer is really old? maybe think in your parents if you are a Millennial .... Could you be handy and at the same time have fun?

I've never imagined that it would happen no matter what but after I took my first call, I spent 50 minutes trying to find viruses, checking if the wifi adapter was active, checking if the lights on the modem were blinking, how are they blinking?, the computer status, how is the outside weather?.....and many other things that in many cases put the customer really cranky.....even the old ones.

But at the end of this work experience, I really understand how important is the customer service for any company and the value of the human being that we need to represent and that we should transmit in every single call.

And finally but not less important, if you are thinking to make a gift and you have and ipad or something really alike in your mind, please make sure that the other part knows how to use it properly, please !!
